Preamble
Maths300 is a web site arising out of a joint venture of Curriculum Corporation and The Task Centre Collective Pty Ltd. It is designed to support the delivery of excellent mathematics education.Open Source Material
All material in the non-members section of Maths300 may be used, copied or reproduced for non-commercial educational purposes. In return, we ask that appropriate acknowledgment is given to the source of the material by stating on the material that it has been obtained from the Maths300 site, an initiative of Curriculum Corporation and The Task Centre Collective Pty Ltd.Members' Rights: Schools & Institutions
For as long as the campus of your school or institution remains a financial member of Maths300:This is a generous licence and we ask that you respect it.
- all staff may use, copy or reproduce any material from Maths300 to serve the educational needs of the students in the school or institution. Copies of material from Maths300 belong to the member and are subject to this licence;
- all software available through Maths300 may be used on any number of computers in a member school or institution; and
- all staff may use, copy or reproduce any material (including software) in their home.
- Distribution of Maths300 material beyond the uses specified in this licence is a breach of this licence.
- Continuing to use Maths300 material if a school or institution membership lapses is a breach of this licence.
- Staff continuing to use Maths300 members' material when no longer employed at a school or institution that is a member is a breach of this licence.
Members' Rights: Individuals
For as long as an individual remains a member of Maths300:This is a generous licence and we ask that you respect it.
- that individual may use, copy or reproduce freely any material from Maths300 to serve the educational needs of students under the member's instruction. Copies of material from Maths300 are subject to this licence; and
- all software may be used on a member's personal computer and on other computers when being used with students under the member's instruction.
- Distribution of Maths300 material beyond the uses specified in this licence is a breach of this licence.
- Continuing to use Maths300 material if an individual membership lapses is a breach of this licence.
Special Arrangements
If a member or user wishes to make use of Maths300 material for purposes or in circumstances that fall outside those permitted above, that member or user should contact:Doug.Williams@curriculum.edu.au
No Liability
Curriculum Corporation and The Task Centre Collective Pty Ltd have compiled Maths300 in good faith and have endeavoured to ensure that all content of Maths300 is accurate and does not breach any entity's rights at the time of its inclusion.
